Small Items are sent out by Royal Mail 1st Class and should be with you within a week

Larger items are sent by professional courier and should be with you within two working days.

Returns

If you wish to return an item, you can do do within 14 days even if it is not faulty. You will need to organise the return of the item yourself and may need to pay the original posting costs we paid to send it out to you (even though you were not charged for this postage).

If an item becomes faulty within 30 days we replace with a new item where possible and you have sent it back to us. If it becomes faulty after 30 days we will arrange for it to be returned to the supplier for repair or replacement depending on the manufacturers decision after yo have sent it back to us.
