The Samick Avion AV-7 is a highly spec'd electric guitar at a great price. Featuring a mahogany body with a bound and arched maple top. These two pieces of wood give a great tonal balance and the carved top allows there to be a good amount of mass where the bridge meets the body. This helps with tone and sustain and emphasises the guitars true tonal potential.
Fretboard is rosewood on a mahogany set neck and machine heads Grover A102Gs giving real stability when tuning. Pickups are Duncan Designed HB101N in the beck and HB102B in the bridge, both humbuckers to give a deep warm sound and a great crunch sound.
Electrics are set up with two volume controls, two tone controls and a 3-way selector switch.
The Greg Bennet Avion AV-7 really gives an amazing guitar for such a low price, it really is a steal.
