Unless the item goes on back order we always aim to dispatch items the next working day to you.  Small items are posted by Royal Mail First Class and larger items are sent via Courier, either Parcel Force or Yodel.

You can expect to receive an email confirming dispatch with a tracking number if the item has been sent by courier.  Couriered items should arrive within 2 working days, items posted by Royal Mail usually arrive within two working days but can occasionally take a little longer.

We accept full responsibility for the item until it reaches you, you should contact us if you have not received an item within a week of receiving an email saying your item has been dispatched.




We want you to be happy with your purchase.  If for some reason you are not and wish to return it you can do so within 14 days of receiving your purchase if bought on-line or 14 days from the date bought in-store.  You may swap your product for something else, get store credit or you may have a full refund.  We will pay for the return of your item, you are reponsible for repacking your item for return (we recommend keeping the original packaging for as long as you can).  We can only refund in the same way you have paid to the same card or by cash if cash was paid.

Small item originally sent to you by Royal Mail will need to be dropped off at your local Royal Mail office, larger items sent by courier will be collected from an address of your choice.

To organise a return email

If you're item is faulty after 14 days we will arrange to have the item returned to us and we will work with the manufactuer on your behalf to have the item repaired or replaced depending on the manufactuers policy.
