You may return any item bought from us within 14 days for whatever reason. You’ll need to return it to us as it was sent with all the original packaging. Contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org if you wish to return the item and we will discuss the returns procedure. We will organise collection of the item if it was shipped by courier with no charge to yourself. If the item was sent by Royal Mail you will be asked to print out an address label (which we will pay for and send to you) and post the item in a post box yourself.
If the item has a fault within it’s guarantee period (at least one year but always contact us if you have a problem no matter how long you have had the item) we will organise collection from you and either repair or replace the item. Whether the item is repaired or replaced is down to the distributors and we will work them on your behalf to get the best outcome.
We consider the start our contract from the point we ship the parcel. Very occasionally we may get a price wrong (two high as well as too low) and we will email to let you know this.
