Small bodied super folk guitar guitar from Tanglewoods highly acclaimed Heritage series. No corners cut here, with a solid Spruce top and solid rosewood back and sides. The rosewood makes what would otherwise be quite a toppy sounding acoustic warm, toneful and complex in the lower register while the excellent cut of Spruce and small manageable body gives a punchy and bright top end.

Strummed chords sound surprisingly full and thick while finger picked styles come across as clear and bright. The body binding is walnut which sits very nicely between the Solid Spruce and rosewood, finish this off with a fantastic ebony fingerboard and bridge and you have an astonishing guitar which is a must consideration for the player wanting no compromise.
