All Solid Mahogany Tanglewood TW47-B Guitar

Small body acoustic guitar from Tanglewood, as used by Connie Bailey Ray on recordings. The TW47-B is a real jaw dropper in terms of looks, superb looking solid mahogany all over with a fantastic grain, tortoise shell style binding which sits so well with the dark mahogany and fitted with a B-Band A3T pickup with built in tuner.

The mahogany gives a surprisingly pronounced bass end to the tone, not normally seen in this super folk sized body and offers up tons of projection. Machine heads are smooth and great looking gold Grovers, nut is bone and fretboard and bridge are rosewood. The TW47-B has got a thin gloss finish all over.
